Cashew Crunch Salad With Sesame Dressing

Salad Ingredients:

1/2 head cabbage, alternatively 10 oz bag of cabbage chop mix
1/2 bag of spinach leaves
2 cups matchstick cut carrots, approximately 1 large carrot
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup roasted cashews
1 small purple onion
2 medium tomatoes (on the vine is best)
1 cup protein of your choice, recommend Chicken

Dressing ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil, any oil works, but olive oil flavor suits dressing best
3 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 sour cream, can sub greek yogurt/mayo for flavor preference

Step 1-

For best results, blend all the dressing ingredients and let chill in the fridge for an hour or so. Be sure it is in an airtight container.

Step 2-

Wash all produce, chop into desired size pieces and mix well in a large bowl! Pour your dressing over and enjoy a massively delicious salad anytime!
